While we DO send email notifications every time our staff replies to your ticket, it is vital that you log back into our helpdesk to check the status of your ticket frequently for updates, since our emails notifying you of replies may fail to be delivered. With that said, we try our best to reply to all your queries within 24-48 hours but in some situations it may take longer.
